Tropine ("Tropine", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Tropine iOS application (the "App").

We do not require you to create an account to use Tropine. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number directly through the App, unless we explicitly state otherwise within the App.

2.2 App Content and Usage Data

The App may store content and settings you create within Tropine (for example, configuration data, preferences, or other app-specific information) locally on your device in order to provide core functionality. This data is not automatically transmitted to our servers.

2.3 Purchases

Tropine may offer paid features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not have access to your full payment information, such as your complete credit card number.

2.4 Analytics and Crash Data (if applicable)

We may use privacy-friendly analytics or crash reporting tools to help us understand how the App is used and to improve its stability and performance. Tropine – Terms & Conditions (Terms of Use)

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Tropine iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Tropine may offer paid features via one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. Details about pricing, duration, and included features are displayed in the App and on the App Store product page. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. For auto-renewable subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Managing Purchases

You can manage or cancel subscriptions and in-app purchases through your Apple ID account settings. Any refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We do not provide refunds directly for purchases made through the App Store.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the App during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this section. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App may be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.

11. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) that applies to apps obtained through the App Store. In the event of any conflict, Apple’s EULA may also apply.
