1. Introduction

Arc – Habit Tracker ("Arc", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Arc iOS application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We do not require you to create an account to use Arc. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number directly through the App.

2.2 Habit and Usage Data

The App stores habit-related data (such as the habits you create, your completion history, and settings) locally on your device in order to provide core functionality. This data is not automatically transmitted to our servers.

2.3 Purchases

Arc may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not have access to your full payment information, such as your complete credit card number.

2.4 Analytics and Crash Data (if applicable)

We may use privacy-friendly analytics or crash reporting tools provided by Apple or third parties to help improve the stability and performance of the App. Such tools may collect non-personally identifiable information such as device type, operating system version, and anonymized usage information. Any such collection is subject to the respective providers' privacy policies and, where required, Apple’s user consent mechanisms (for example, for diagnostics and usage data).

Arc uses Apple’s in-app purchase system to process subscriptions and purchases. Apple may collect and process information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

If any other third-party services are integrated in the future, we will update this Policy to describe how they are used.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can delete the App at any time. Deleting the App will remove locally stored data from your device. You may also manage any permissions or system-level settings related to analytics and diagnostics through your device settings, as provided by Apple.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our data practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy.

Arc – Habit Tracker – Terms & Conditions (Terms of Use)

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Arc – Habit Tracker iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Arc may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Subscription duration, pricing, and available premium features are displayed within the App and on the App Store product page. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

3.2 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. We do not issue refunds directly for purchases made through the App Store.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the App during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this section. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App may be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence.

10. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) that applies to apps obtained through the App Store. In the event of any conflict, Apple’s EULA may also apply.
